We use a state-of-the-art digital panoramic x-ray machine to produce an image that captures the entire mouth.  This image is often used for treatment planning of dentures, extractions, and implants.  It is also important in diagnosing periodontal disease, cysts, and oral cancer.

Oral cancer is a real threat that we take seriously.  There are many different types of cancer that can afflict the oral cavity.  We use a multi-spectral wavelength screening tool called Identafi in combination with thorough examinations to aide in the early identification of oral cancer.

We use an intraoral camera to take pictures inside the mouth.  These pictures are used for diagnosis and, when displayed on our in room HDTVs, for patient education.  Instead of just explaining what’s happening inside your mouth, we can show you!

All of our X-Ray equipment is fully digital.  This technology allows us to quickly generate superior images of the mouth that can be reviewed with patients on our in-room HDTVs.  Our digital x-ray equipment requires 80%-50% less radiation than older equipment while still producing outstanding images.

Our dental chairs are equiped with self-contained water systems.  This gives us control over the quality of water used in our patient’s mouths.  We use specially treated, high-quality water in all of our systems.
